Biography

Dr Anbarasi Kumaresan is a highly skilled senior Radiation Oncologist who has dedicated her career to helping cancer patients.

She has received top-tier training and mentorship from the apex Institute of Oncology, Cancer Institute, Adyar. She specializes in all types of Radiation Therapy, including IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SBRT, IGBT, ISBT and SRT are a few of her expert areas to mention. She has a particular interest in Precision Radiotherapy, Organ Conservation Therapy in Head and Neck Cancer and Hypofractionation in Breast Cancer.

Personalized care is her moto. She believes cancer treatment starts with care, physical and psychological well being. She received “The Best Outgoing Student of Radiation Oncology for the year 2015” at Adyar Cancer Research Institute, Adyar She also received “Dr Jagadeesan award” for her presentation in AROI conference. She has done numerous presentations in many national and international conferences.

She has given numerous speeches about Cancer awareness, Cancer prevention and early. detection in various or ganisations
