Biography
A Consultant with the Department of Paediatrics and Neonatology, Dr Aravind has experience working for the medical non-governmental organisation, Medecins Sans Frontieres, in South Sudan and Tajikistan. He has trained in Paediatric Intensive Care in the United Kingdom. His special interests include paediatric intensive care, paediatric infectious diseases and humanitarian medicine. Apart from several publications in reputed journals, he has won many awards and medals. He has organised and conducted international training programmes on tuberculosis and leishmaniasis as well.
