The Role would require you to
Stay closely connected with the MD, acting as their voice and ensuring all HODs are aligned on key priorities
Manage schedules smartly, balancing urgent tasks with long-term goals to keep things moving smoothly
Turn big ideas into actionable steps, track progress, and follow up to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Plan and lead impactful business reviews, capturing key takeaways and driving follow-ups
Create clear and insightful dashboards and reports that guide better decisions
Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication across the organisation

Educational Qualifications
- MBA/PGPM/PGDM with a specialization in strategy, operations, or business analytics
- OR MBA/PGPM/PGDN in healthcare or hospital management
- OR MBA/PGPM/PGDNM in healthcare or hospital administration
- OR a master’s in healthcare or hospital management/administration
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in medicine, life sciences, or a related field will be preferred
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 4 years of pre or post MBA/ PGPM/PGDM/master’s work experience in the healthcare industry

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (eg., Power BI, MS Excel, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience in healthcare information systems (HIS), EMR, EHR, ERP tools, or CRM platforms is desirable
