  • Gait assessment is to gauge the body’s  mobility and stability. This includes Balance Test, Walking Speed Test, Timed Up-and-go Test
  • Posture improvement exercises to optimize muscle strength and release pain & fatique
  • Multifactorial interventions* with an exercise component  in extended care for those who are at high risk of falling.
  • A new diet plan designed based on patient’s medical  history  and condition
  • Supervised Exercise Therapy to maintain gait and balance

 

*Multifactorial intervention is an assessment with multiple components that aims to identify person’s risk of factor for falling. It includes exercise prescription to reduce rate of falls.
