TGA and TAPVC are common life-threatening conditions where good long-term outcome can be expected by operating them in the neonatal period. The team has extensive experience in managing these conditions, including stabilizing of extremely sick children with infection with intervention procedure of balloon septostomy and usage of ECMO ( Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) support to salvage children with imminent cardiac arrest. TGA can present with a wide variety of anatomical variations and the team has the experience in managing all varieties of coronary variations, including single coronary ostial and intramural coronary artery and left ventricle with varying degrees of regression with successful outcomes .Recurrent obstruction following previous TAPVC repair is a unusual but not very uncommon complication and he team has expertise in managing this situation using special procedures and techniques.
