Visiting a Patient

At MGM Healthcare, we understand the importance of the presence of your loved ones who play an integral part in your journey to better health. We believe its important to create an atmosphere of holistic health for all our patients, and this includes access to your family members and friends when you are recovering. While we are happy to welcome visitors at designated hours to spend time with the patients, we are committed to ensuring that patient safety comes first. We are extremely careful in ensuring patients who are recovering are protected from outside infections and that the sterile environment maintained at the hospital is not contaminated by external visitors.

Also, we understand the importance of adequate rest and privacy of patients who are recovering from a surgery. This is especially true for patients under intensive care and therefore have stricter rules and regulations in place for visitors vising a patient in ICU. As well wishers of your loved ones we hope that you understand our concerns and comply with the guidelines that we have drafted for visitors while visiting a patient in our hospital.
The administration desk is at the main entrance of the hospital. When you arrive, please take the help of the receptionist who will help you find the patient’s room. However, if you already know which floor and which room the patient is in, you can go directly after showing the visitor’s pass to the security personnel who will be manning the lift and entrance. Please note, without a valid pass you will not be allowed to visit the patient.
