Biography

Dr. L. V. Lakshminarayanan is a distinguished Senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 15 years of experience in complex orthopaedic reconstruction, trauma management, and robotic joint replacement. He specializes in the management of pelvic-acetabular injuries, complex hip and knee deformities, robotic joint replacement, and revision joint replacements.

He was earlier associated with VS Hospitals, Chennai, where he had successfully managed numerous complex orthopedic cases with excellent clinical outcomes. Dr Lakshminarayanan completed both his undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical Training at Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai.

He also has international research experience as a Research Associate in Canada, with expertise in ICH-GCP guidelines, TCPS2 standards, clinical trial design, data management, and research ethics.

He is the recipient of the Best Orthopedic Surgeon Award (2019) and the Corona Warrior Award (2020) from VS Hospitals. His advanced training includes AO Trauma; Hip and Knee Arthroplasty from AAOS, Robotic Knee Surgery; and complex and revision hip surgery from the Johnson & Johnson Institute.
