BLS – 77th Independence day

LIFE – Training Chennai to Save Lives MGM Healthcare launched LIFE – Training Chennai to Save Lives, a life-saving training initiative aimed at empowering citizens with essential emergency response skills. As part of the initiative, 700+ citizens across 77 locations in Chennai were provided with basic life-saving training, including CPR, choking response, and AED awareness. The programme featured 60–90-minute sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and supervised practice conducted by MGM Healthcare clinicians and certified trainers. Participants also received a goodie bag and a comprehensive BLS manual to support continued learning. The initiative was designed for college students, NCC/NSS units, working professionals, and the general public, encouraging people from all walks of life to become better prepared to respond during emergencies. Through LIFE, MGM Healthcare aims to build a more aware, prepared, and responsive community—where ordinary citizens are empowered to act when every second matters.
