Pink Defence – Breast Cancer Screening
MGM Healthcare organised a breast cancer screening camp for policewomen aged over 40 on December 2nd, 2021. Nearly 450 women registered for the camp, which was inaugurated by Additional Police Commissioner J. Loganathan.
T.P. Chatram inspector E Rajeswari, who rescued a man from Kilpauk cemetery, was the first to get the mammogram done.
Early detection is key in the treatment of breast cancer. There are steps you can take to detect breast cancer when it is most treatable. This includes regular breast exam and a mammogram.
