With over 30 years of vast experience, Dr. Malathi Sathiyasekaran is a senior consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology with expertise in the field of pediatric gastroenterology. This Madras Medical College alumna’s area of interest is in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of newborns and children with issues related to the GI tract. She also has vast teaching experience of more than 25 years and has contributed to various national and international publications.

Dr. P. Anbalagan is a distinguished surgical gastroenterologist with over 21 years of experience in general surgery and 13 years of specialization in surgical gastroenterology. He completed his MBBS from Govt. Stanley Medical College, MS (General Surgery) from JIPMER, Pondicherry, and MCh Surgical Gastroenterology from the Institute of Surgical Gastroenterology & Liver Transplantation, Government Stanley Medical College, Chennai. He was the best outgoing student in SGE.
