Visited the hospital for planned knee replacement surgery for my mother. My mother was in hospital for 7 days. All the staff are very friendly and provide good service. Timely follow up and attending for food, medicines and pre- and post-surgery treatments was done and we did not have to follow up for anything. The cleanliness and ambience are excellent like that of top-class hotels. And they keep seeking regular feedback to resolve any concerns with the service. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend it for any hospitalization needs.
