Heart Hole Closure Surgery – Dr Madan Mohan

A rare surgery has been performed at MGM healthcare, Chennai by Dr Madan Mohan, Senior Consultant (Interventional cardiologist), Cardiology, at MGM and his team. A VSD device closure, in simple terms, a hole in the heart was closed by a device. This successful surgery was done was a dream few years back but today, due to revolution in the field of medicine, this crucial surgery is possible with minimal invasion.

This surgery was performed on a child from Assam by Dr Madan Mohan. The child is now living a healthy life. His elated parents were thankful to Dr Madan Mohan, his team, and MGM Healthcare for giving their son a new life.
