Ms. Tejaswini Gayathri, a resilient teenager, embarked on a courageous journey at MGM Healthcare, where her remarkable tale unfolded. Despite battling multiple health challenges, including a neurogenic bladder, she faced numerous surgeries with unwavering bravery. In 2022, navigating the complexities of a cecostomy, she displayed determination in overcoming hurdles.

In 2023, confronted with end-stage kidney disease, Tejaswini found hope in the hands of Dr. Anil Vaidya M D Chair and Director Institute of Multi-Visceral and Abdominal Organ Transplant and the compassionate team. Her aunt, Ms. Bhavani, selflessly stepped forward as a donor, adding a profound layer to her story of resilience.
