You can get in touch with the insurance cell at our hospital to get a clear understanding of the insurance providers with whom we have a tie-up, the kind of coverage that is offered under the plan you have taken, the criteria to be eligible for the cover and the quantum of coverage allowed. We provide timely and accurate information, documentation to the insurance partner so that they have all the necessary things in place to transparently evaluate, approve and disburse the claims. We provide complete assistance when it comes to cashless settlements. The patient must produce their insurance documents to the International Patient Service Department during the time of admission. This is to ensure a smooth processing of settlements after the treatment.

Is pre-authorization mandatory for cashless settlements?

What modes of payment does MGM Healthcare accept?

The payments to MGM Healthcare can be done via Bank transfer / Debit / Credit card/ Cash (Cash limit up to INR One Lakh Ninety-Five Thousand). Please contact the International Patient Service Department to know more.

Is it mandatory for all billing procedures to be completed prior to discharge?

Yes. All billing procedures and settlement obligations have to be completed before you can be discharged.

Can I pay my bills in international currency?

Cash up to the limit up to INR One Lakh Ninety-Five Thousand can be made.  If you wish to pay in international currency, we accept payments in USD.

Do I need to revisit for a follow-up?

In most conditions, video consultations with your medical expert will suffice for follow-ups or consultations once you have gone back home. If further complications arise, an in-person visit may be arranged with the Doctor.
